This class is so ridiculous. Prof. doesn't know what she's talking about. Even if you like Chaucer, it will bore you to tears. Endless "close readings" feel like middle school, she even requires a peer-edited rough draft of papers, for a grade! I guess she's friendly but I would stay away...

She was very friendly and accommodating. Although The Canterbury Tales can get a little thick at times, she really makes sure everyone understands what's going on. Having to do a graded peer edit on the first paper was a little middle school, but she's such a reasonable grader that it's worth it. Go to office hours for help on your paper.

She definitely has an insightful grasp on the Canterbury Tales, but be prepared to close read *every* lecture. She's friendly of all over the place and I'm leaving feeling I have a couple facts rather than an understanding. Definitely spreads you thin by the end.
